Working together

How we work

What happens after your request, how the price is counted, which documents you get and how payment works. All of it is known before the first payment.

The paperwork, in plain words

  • Contract

A written contract under Armenian law: scope, price, stages, timeline and responsibilities, signed before work starts.

  • NDA

Signed before you share sensitive information, if you want one.

  • Rights to the result

The contract transfers the rights to the code and designs made for you on full payment. Open-source parts keep their own licences.

  • Invoices

Issued by Harutyun Elibekyan in Armenian drams, with the details your accountant needs.

  • Staged payment

You pay in stages tied to finished work. The schedule is set out in your estimate.

  • Acceptance

You approve each stage in writing. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we start it.

Who you work with

Who you work with, and on what terms

Where we are, what is signed and who owns the result: all known before you send a request.

  • Where we are

The studio and its team are based in Armenia, so you can phone us. The contracting party is named in your contract.

  • Contract and invoices

Every project runs on a written contract, and an invoice follows each agreed payment.

  • Data protection

We take only the data a project needs, handle personal data under Armenian law and sign an NDA on request.

  • Rights to the result

The contract transfers the rights to the code and designs to you on full payment.

  • Staged payment

You pay in stages tied to accepted work, as set out in the estimate.

  • Response time and languages

We answer within one business day, in Armenian, Russian or English.

Questions and answers

Questions about how we work

Who will I be in touch with?

One person runs your project from the first conversation to launch: answers your questions, collects your feedback and shows you the result of every stage.

How are the stages approved?

Every stage has a result you can look at: a plan, a prototype, designs, a working version. The next stage starts after you have approved the previous one.

What if the task changes along the way?

Changes inside the agreed scope are included in the price. New tasks are estimated separately, and we name the time and the cost before the work starts.

Which documents will I receive?

A contract with the stages, the timeline and the price before work starts, invoices for each payment, and your written approval of each stage. The rights to the result pass to you on full payment.
